Nickel Alloy Tubes

Nickel Alloy Tubes

Engineered with precision, Ashapura Steel’s nickel alloy tubes provide seamless and efficient solutions for the most demanding applications. Crafted from top-tier nickel alloy, these tubes offer outstanding corrosion resistance, high-temperature endurance, and exceptional mechanical properties, making them indispensable in critical industries.

The smooth interior surface of our nickel alloy tubes ensures optimal flow of fluids and gases, making them ideal for heat exchangers, boilers, and high-pressure systems. With a variety of sizes and wall thicknesses available, Ashapura Steel’s nickel alloy tubes deliver reliability and durability even in the most challenging environments.

Key Types of Nickel Alloy Tubes

Seamless, welded, drawn, and more – these are the types of nickel alloy tubes that you can find at Om Steel. Each type has its own unique properties and advantages, making them suitable for different applications.

Seamless Nickel Alloy Tubes

Seamless nickel alloy tubes are made from a single piece of metal without any welding or joints. They are known for their high strength and resistance to corrosion, making them ideal for use in harsh environments such as marine applications. Seamless tubes also have a smooth surface finish, which reduces the risk of corrosion and improves fluid flow.

Welded Nickel Alloy Tubes

Welded nickel alloy tubes are made by welding two or more pieces of metal together. They are generally less expensive than seamless tubes but may not be as strong or resistant to corrosion. Welded tubes may also have a rougher surface finish due to the welding process.

Drawn Nickel Alloy Tubes

Drawn nickel alloy tubes are made by drawing a metal tube through a die to reduce its diameter while increasing its length. This process results in a tube with precise dimensions and improved mechanical properties. Drawn tubes can be either seamless or welded depending on the starting material.

Other Types of Nickel Alloy Tubes

In addition to seamless, welded, and drawn tubes, Ashapura Steel offers specialized nickel alloy tubes tailored for specific applications:

  • Electric Resistance Weld (ERW) Tubes: Manufactured using electric currents instead of traditional gas welding, these tubes offer a unique balance of strength and cost-effectiveness.

  • Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS) Tubes: Similar to drawn tubes, but with additional processing to achieve a superior surface finish, ideal for precision applications.

  • Extruded Tubes: Created by forcing heated metal through a shaped die, these tubes are known for their consistency and high-quality surface finish.

  • Finned Tubes: Designed with fins on the exterior to enhance heat transfer efficiency, making them ideal for heat exchangers and similar applications.
