Different Grades of Hastelloy Pipe

Hastelloy C276 – This grade is widely used in chemical processing industries due to its exceptional resistance to corrosive chemicals such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and chlorine gas.

Hastelloy C22 – This grade is ideal for use in environments where there is exposure to oxidizing agents such as ferric and cupric chlorides. It also has excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.

Hastelloy B2 – This grade is best suited for use in reducing environments such as hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures.

Hastelloy X – This grade has high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance up to 2200°F (1200°C). It is commonly used in gas turbine engines, industrial furnace applications, and petrochemical processing plants.
